The SLIM series was designed so that shooters could permanently attach a muzzle device and still get their gas block and barrel nut over the device. When pin and welded the SLIM brake lengthens a 14.5″ barrel to the legally required 16″ for a non-NFA rifle. The brake allows for soft, flat shooting while remaining flexible for builders and without the need for a tax stamp.
